At ETHNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all ETHNC tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
